Roles Of A Campus Ambassador?

• Ensure registrations of the batchmates/college mates for the upcoming Job Mela.

• Information Dissemination.

• Act as a Point of Contact between healthlancing.com and the Institution.

• Organizing micro-events in sync with healthlancing.com.

• Engage in educational activities as defined by healthlancing.com.

• Make College WhatsApp Groups.

• Promote healthlancing.com Social Media Handles.

Responsibility of a Campus Ambassador

• Connecting with student groups.

• Creating buzz on college's social media platform, newsletter, alumni meets, etc..

• Disseminate Activities on college occasions and on Social Media Handles

• Report activity with event plans, meeting notes, and social media activity.

• Driving healthlancing.com initiatives.

• Event Planning.

• Setting up healthlancing.com booths at college fests.

• Fostering campus relationships.

• Dental INTERNS /PG students pursuing education in Karnataka.

Terms And Conditions

• Eligibility: The programme is open to only interns and pgs enrolled in institution/university in karnataka.

• Application Process: Each applicant should complete their registration on healthlancing.com. Write an email to support@healthlancing.com as to what motivates you to be a student ambassador. Only the selected candidates will get a chance to be a student ambassador.

• Duration: The Campus Ambassadors Program is for a duration of 3 months i.e. from 20th October 2023 to 20th January 2024.

• Roles and Responsibilities: Ambassadors are expected to strictly adhere to their roles and responsibilities mentioned above.

• Prizes and Awards: Prizes will be awarded after the completion of the ambassador program term and upon completion of the campus ambassador program levels.

• Termination: Ambassadors can be removed from the program for their misconduct, and failure to meet responsibilities each month.

• Acceptance and Terms: By participating in the programme participants agree to abide by these terms and condition.
